An iron and an ironing board are also provided, they are hidden in a utility room, an additional storage facility where you can also store your beach equipment. |

The upper terrace with night lighting has a grill, table with parasol and 4 chairs. A spacious (27м2) roof terrace has a rather quaint ornate form and, as the house is situated on a hill, it offers spectacular views letting you enjoy the view of Alicante castle with the bay and a dinner prepared therewith on the grill under the stars. A clever design of the terrace allows private sunbathing. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers. |
