Rates and Conditions

The prices are for the holiday house in a whole
and not per person:

May and June - 300 Euros per week
July, August, September - 400 Euros per week
Other months - 200 Euros per week
Short stays are allowed, with the cost amended.
You can come and leave any day of the week.

Cleaning supplement on departure - 65 Euros.

If you like you can rent bed, bath and kitchen linen
(see "Additional Services" below).

To ensure that the accommodation is kept to an extremely high standard and our clients treat the holiday home and its contents with care, a fully refundable damage/loss deposit of 200 Euros is required. This will be refunded after inspection of the house.

Animals are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed.

Guests are advised to take out Travel Insurance, the owners accept NO liability for injury or loss of valuables.

Local Services for the Holiday Home in Gran Alacant

As the owners of the holiday house do not live themselves in Gran Alacant, all relations with the tenants are entrusted to a local agent. This agent will contact you when you do a reservation. He will, if you wish, meet you at the airport. He gives you the keys and shows equipment in the house. His office is not far, in the town, and you can always call there or step in to get useful advices and ask any questions. Moreover, the agent gives you his mobile telephone number that you can call at any time in case of urgency to get advice and help.

Additional Services offered by the agent in Gran Alacant:

• Transfer from the Alicante airport (17,5 Euros)
• Rent bed, bath and kitchen linen (7 Euros for a set of bed linen and 7 Euros for a set of towels)

Car hire

Your hired car can wait for you at the Alicante airport. To do this our agent in Gran Alacant should receive your car hire order one month before your arrival date. You can also rent a car in Gran Alacant itself.

Baby equipment rental

Our agent in Gran Alacant can hire out equipment for children such as a baby cot, a high chair, a buggy, a box with toys etc, so that you don’t have to bring them to Spain.
